D R Sullivan & Company, CPA PC is not your typical CPA firm. Originally founded in January 2000 as Donna R. Sullivan, CPA PC, the firm was renamed in early 2009 as a result of a business combination with Sullivan Consulting, Mark Sullivan’s tax controversy firm founded in 1998. Mark and Donna, a husband and wife team, effected the business combination in order to streamline operations and better serve their clients.

We specialize in tax controversy issues – representing our clients before the IRS; litigation support and expert witness; and small business/shareholder accounting.

Although based in Saint Louis, Missouri, we serve clients nationwide.
