David W. Gray is the Vice President of Client Services has been with Sullivan Consulting since 1998. Prior to serving in his current position at Sullivan Consulting, David worked at Executive Beechcraft, Inc. as an Aircraft Support Supervisor providing direct supervision of non-A&P aircraft maintenance and support of multi-million dollar business jets. 

David's experience includes taxation for individuals, corporations and partnerships working directly with Mark Sullivan as his right hand man assisting in tax return preparation, negotiation with both the Federal and State taxing authorities with settlements and payment plans, preparing petitions for penalty abatements, lien withdrawals, lien subordinations, lien discharges, lien releases and case management. David is responsible for developing and implement system security to maintain client confidentiality. He also designed, developed and maintains our corporate website.
