Mrs. Sullivan is the Principal and Shareholder of D R Sullivan & Company.  She has over 20 years experience in the practice areas of taxation, IRS representation and accounting, including forensic accounting.  In addition, she is also a specialist in the areas of expert witness and litigation support services relating to tax or other financial issues.  Mrs. Sullivan has been admitted as an expert in US District Court of the Eastern District of Missouri and Cole County, Missouri. 

Prior to founding D R Sullivan & Company in 2000, Mrs. Sullivan was a Special Enforcement Revenue Agent in the St. Louis, MO office of the Internal Revenue Service.
