David W. Gray is the Vice President of Client Services has been with Sullivan Consulting since 1998. His experience includes taxation for individuals, corporations and partnerships working directly with Mark Sullivan as his right hand man assisting in tax return preparation, negotiation with both the Federal and State taxing authorities with settlements and payment plans, preparing petitions for penalty abatements, lien withdrawals, lien subordinations, lien discharges, lien releases and case management. >>>
